The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is a state agency that helps Texas residents prepare for and find jobs, and helps employers build a quality workforce for their industries. Whyville Biotech, Whyville PlaneWorks, Why-Texas.com, and the Whyville Texas Challenge are funded by a grant from the Texas Workforce Commission.
